- Identify the compound of interest
- Separate the compound of interest from other compounds and background interferents
- Accurately measure concentration of the compound of interest in the overall formulation
The whole process is conducted at the optical level in the Multivariate Optical Computer™, (i.e. at the speed of light). Therefore, SpectrInline is the only available real-time, optical spectroscopy measurement system.

SpectrInline allows testing of up to 18,000 tablets per hour. On a process line producing 100,000
