EASY-FIT

Easy-Fit

Problem: Assessing and Implementing New Technology is risky and expensive.
Today's industrial processes are highly tailored to the needs of each company which develops them. Therefore cookie-cutter production equipment cannot meet the highly differentiated challenges each company faces in its manufacturing processes. For companies which develop internally the application of optical spectroscopy to production process control, such projects can become major challenges, tying up highly qualified resources. For companies which rely on vendors, sharing information, formulation and materials with outsiders becomes a major concern and risk.

Solution: The Ometric Easy-Fit Advantage
Ometric's SpectrInline is application specific and designed for specific compounds, environments and concentrations of interest. Ometric designs, produces and integrates the ASMOC™ (Application Specific Multivariate Optical Computer™) based on spectra provided by the customer, which are representative of the compounds of interest, their basic and expected concentrations across the range of expected interferents in the spectral regions (UV, Vis, NIR, MIR, IR) of interest.

No Sensitive Data Required
Ometric does not need any material samples, the identity of the materials of interest, spectra of the pure compounds, or any other proprietary, confidential or sensitive information about the compounds or their production process.

EASY-FIT BENEFITS
  • Fast
Rapid evaluation of SpectrInline applicability to customers' process
  • No Risk
No risk of exposure of confidential information or materials
  • Easy
No internal resources committed to long and lengthy feasibility projects

REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE:

EASY-FIT STEPS
TAKE THE FIRST STEP WITHOUT TAKING ANY RISK.
Provide us with:
  • Representative spectra of the compounds of interest
  • Expected concentrations of compounds of interest
  • Across the range of expected interferents
Ometric will:
  • Analyze the data
  • Determine expected system performance for analytes and interferents of interest (e.g. concentration range, accuracy, speed of measurement, configuration, etc.)
Ometric does not need:
  • Any material samples
  • The identity of the materials of interest (e.g."Active 1" would suffice)
  • Spectra of the pure compounds (just spectra of the expected concentrations of interest)
  • Any confidential information reguarding compounds or processes
Turn-Around Time
  • Typical turn-around time: 1 week after receipt of customer's data
